Imagination is the bedrock of innovation. If a child possesses this, he can fly like a seagull. That's why it is to be inculcated from the childhood. It could be possible if we make him/her inquisitive. Einstein is the greatest for all times by dint of his distinguished viewpoint and not by standing on the shoulder of others, in the same way Shakespeare is time less because of his uniqueness and universalization of his works. I too believe that each child is unique possessing his own qualities by birth. We need to withdraw them out by offering real objects and situations that a child encounters in his daily life. When a child sees a ball rolling on the road, his love and learning of the mechanism for the same begins to see the round object on the surface. John Dewey aptly remarks, "education is not the preparation for life but life itself that he get severy where. Experiential learning by visiting nearby community places is our motto. NEP 2020FLN augments Kids learning that we focus. It refers the ability of a child to read a text with accuracy, speed and expression with full understanding. He should have mathematical techniques for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and providing the concept of shapes and measurements and data handling

Having fathomless experience of managing an institution, now I have decided to establish a learning garden for the kids that may expose themselves in different arenas to their choices. We know that kids are charismatic by God, as different flowers have different fragrance, we only need to provide smart trainers with pre planning to make them boffin at present and pathways for future. I think we should measure emotional skills and try to improve it to be closure with them. It is the utmost important for kids learning. If it is taken care, we can take the child where we want. My work as a torch-bearer in a school located in Aurangabad City has given fruitful results. I hope the same here that my guidance shall translate the thought of parents and pave the ways for future career.
